ZJMOLD currently employs 6 professional mold design and development engineers and 14 production and manufacturing technicians, of whom 4 have been with the company for more than 10 years and 6 for more than 6 years.
ZJMOLD possesses more than 20 precision machining machines and has extensive experience in high-precision, high-cleanliness fields such as semiconductor seals and medical silicone products. The machining accuracy of critical components in liquid silicone rubber molds can be controlled to within 0.01 mm on a single side.
ZJMOLD has long served more than 300 clients in industries including semiconductors, aviation, medical, and automotive, and has repeatedly assisted clients in participating in the R&D of national import substitution projects, such as engine components for AECC and SCA.

From mold development to component machining, ZJMOLD maintains comprehensive in-house manufacturing capabilities. Through 3D mold design, process planning and a range of precision machining technologies, we maintain close control over cavities, cores, runners and critical fitting areas. Based on the flow, shrinkage and venting characteristics of rubber and silicone materials, each mold is developed with specific attention to potential molding and machining challenges. For complex structures, tight dimensional requirements or fine product features, potential issues can be identified and addressed during the design stage, reducing modifications later in the development process.ZJMOLD places particular emphasis on how a mold performs in actual production. Different injection machines, material systems and production cycles are considered throughout the development process, allowing the mold to integrate more effectively with the customer’s existing manufacturing workflow. With accumulated experience in rubber and silicone mold development, we provide an integrated capability covering product analysis, mold design, precision machining and mold trials—delivering injection molds designed not only to produce qualified parts, but also to support stable and consistent long-term production.
